What is included with Chef's Long Table?
Private chef dinner for 6–20; Long table, lighting and service; Heated pavilion in winter. Every booking also includes the Pardeza Base Kit: ground protection, lighting, comfort, seating, delivery, setup, a host card with a safety guide, takedown and cleanup.
What do you check before confirming?
We check your space so we never send something that won't work: Partner chef with insurance on file; No alcohol sold or served by Pardeza. If something doesn't fit, we tell you why and suggest an alternative.
When is it available?
Chef's Long Table is coming in spring 2027 (year-round). Join the waitlist and we'll let you know first.
