Terms of service

These terms apply to pardeza.com and to every Pardeza booking. Pardeza is operated by Euronada ltd (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist, paying a deposit or booking, you agree to them.

What we provide

Pardeza delivers temporary experiences to your own space in the Greater Toronto Area: for example a backyard sauna, hot tub, fire table, dome or celebration setup. A vetted, insured local operator delivers the equipment, sets it up, explains how to use it safely, and takes it away at the agreed time. Each experience page describes what is included.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices shown as “from” are starting prices; your quote depends on your space, date, duration and add-ons, includes 13% HST, and is fixed until the expiry time shown on it.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You can pay a deposit or the full amount when you book, as shown at checkout. Before your booking we may place a temporary damage hold on your card, released after pickup.

Pre-sale deposits and the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A pre-sale deposit reserves interest in a launch date; it is fully refundable until we confirm a date with you and is credited in full to your booking.

Cancellations, refunds and weather

Cancellations, refunds, weather rescheduling and damage holds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your space and safety

You confirm that you own or may use the space, that the information you give us about it is accurate, and that your condo or HOA rules allow the setup. Saunas and hot tubs are for adults only; every adult guest signs a waiver; the gas fire table is supervised whenever lit; and the house rules shown before booking apply. We may decline or stop a setup that isn't safe or isn't allowed by local rules.

Equipment

The equipment stays our or our operator's property. Please don't move, unplug or refill it; call the number on the host card instead. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal use while it is at your space, as described in the damage hold section of the refund policy.

Liability

Our operators carry liability insurance. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
