Safety

What we check, and why

We would rather tell you something won't work than sell you something that isn't safe. Here is exactly what we check.

Local rules first

We keep a rules table for every municipality: which fuels and appliances are allowed, permits and quiet hours. In Toronto that means no wood-burning fire pits, chimineas or wood stoves. Where a rule isn't yet confirmed, we use the safest option.

Access before arrival

Every item has a carry profile: its heaviest piece, the narrowest gap it fits through, and the crew it needs. We compare that with your gate, path and steps before we confirm, not on the day.

Power without improvising

We add up the power every item needs against your outdoor outlets. 240V equipment is only used on an existing circuit verified by a licensed electrician. We never run temporary wiring.

Weather limits

Inflatable hot tubs are only used above 7°C. Domes and canopies have wind limits. Winter hot tubs are delivered 24–48 hours early so they are warm and safe. Extreme weather means a free reschedule.

Adults-only heat

Saunas and hot tubs are for adults (18+) only. Every adult guest signs a waiver, and your host card includes a heat and cold-plunge safety guide.

Insured, accountable operators

Every operator keeps valid insurance on file. When it expires, they are automatically blocked from new jobs. Operators record photos at arrival, setup and pickup, and any incident is reported within 24 hours.
