Privacy policy

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email, postal code, optional first name, the experience you are interested in, and whether you agreed to marketing emails.
• Bookings and deposits: your contact details, address and details about your space (photos, access, power), guest information and signed waivers. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Analytics: anonymous page and step counts (no cookies, no personal data) so we know which pages help. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used only if you say yes, without session recording, and IP addresses are discarded.
• Smart Design: your answers, swipes, the approximate location of your space and any photos you add, used to create your designs. Your name, email and address are not sent to our AI providers.
• Security: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used only to stop spam and abuse.

Why we use it

To check whether we serve your area, tell you when launch dates open, plan and deliver your booking safely, take payment, meet legal and insurance obligations, and improve our service. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Where it is stored

Our database and file storage are hosted in Canada (Montréal region). Some service providers we rely on may process information outside Canada: our website host (Vercel), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Resend), our analytics provider (PostHog, only if you agree), and the AI services that create Smart Design suggestions and images (Anthropic and Google). They are bound by contracts to protect it.

Photos of your space

Photos you upload are kept in private storage, shared only with the operator assigned to your booking, and location data (GPS/EXIF) is removed on upload. They are deleted automatically: photos of your space after 180 days, Smart Design sessions after one year, and job photos (proof of setup and pickup) two years after the job.

Your choices and rights

You can download your data and ask us to delete it from your account page, or ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. We keep signed waivers and records the law requires, with your contact details removed. Email reza.abazari@euronada.ca and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Retention

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them or for two years without contact, and booking records for as long as tax, insurance and legal rules require.
