One installation, a whole Circle of neighbours. A host offers the yard; up to four member households join by invite, book their own time slots and pay their own share. We schedule service visits for water care, sauna checks and ice, so it stays ready all season.
Family homes in Unionville, Cornell and Markham Village, with gardens made for long evenings and celebrations.
We apply the same safe rules in Markham as in Toronto: no wood-burning, only infrared or electric saunas and approved gas fire tables, until we have confirmed the local bylaw.
