- $360 CAD per household, 4 weeks
- Season
- October to April

- 2–10 guests
One installation, a whole Circle of neighbours. A host offers the yard; up to four member households join by invite, book their own time slots and pay their own share. We schedule service visits for water care, sauna checks and ice, so it stays ready all season.
Wide backyards in Willowdale and Don Mills, and condo courtyards along Yonge. North York is part of the City of Toronto, so Toronto's fire and noise rules apply.
In Toronto, wood-burning fire pits, chimineas and wood stoves aren't allowed, so we bring infrared or electric saunas and ULC/CSA-approved gas fire tables, supervised while lit.
